Did you know that beer was brewed without the hops? Did you know that there are plants that are good for mosquito protection? This and much more can be learned during this guided walk about wild herbs and their use. Depending on the season, the botanical focus is chosen and depending on the condition, different tours can be arranged. In bad weather there is the possibility to process the fast-collected herbs in the Schulküche of Weißbach.

Hike Pürzlbach with hay steam bath - any time
From the hotel, it goes over the Brechlsteig and the Quellensteig steeply uphill to the Hochtal valley to Pürzlbach. Here we enjoy the steam bath in the hay with fresh mountain herbs. After the resting phase, we walk comfortably through the Seisenbergklamm back to Weissbach.

With the gondola lift we drive to the Loferer Alm. From the Soderkaser we hike over the alpine meadows to the Schönbühel and further to the Grubhörndl. Now it goes steeply down to the Braugföllalm and over the Faistenau back to Lofer.
